With Probate and Letters of Administration we offer guaranteed fixed prices rather than percentages so you know up front what the fees will be. Our administrators are LLB qualified, Probate is extracted using selected and approved solicitors. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and our Willwriting services are Regulated by the Society of Willwriters & Estate Planning practitioners. For both WIllwriting, Probate and Letters of Administration we also hold £2million of indemnity insurance cover for each and every claim.

Our appointments are without obligation to discuss Probate, Intestacy, Deeds of Variations, Caveats or Letters of Administration. We also provide a no obligation appointment to discuss any Estate Administration. We can help you with a low cost application only service or we can offer our full estate administration package.
Our fees can be fixed before we start work, with no payment made in advance as they are dedcuted from estate funds so there is no need for unexpected bills.
IWC Will Writing service:
We can offer help and advice with Making a Will, Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax avoidance and Lasting Power of Attorneys. We can also help you protect your property with careful Community Care planning. Making your Will is quick, simple and needn't take more than an hour of your time.
